Both are acrylic ploymer applications, both claim to be great.

Any opinions on either?

I have used PoliGlow a couple of times.  Good Stuff.  Easy to apply and gave great results.

I am not familiar with the NLG product, but there are several copolymer products.  Practical Sailor/Powerboat reviews has rated these types of products in the past.  So, you could check that out.

I'd avoid either product, the PoliGlow requires an absolutely clean unoxidized surface for application and several coats.  After a few months it starts to crack and peel and is almost impossible to remove the remnants.  It looks like floor polish.  Not familiar with the NLG product but have tried almost every "wonder' product out there, inclusing Island Girl and DuraShield and none worked worth a darn over time and not that much time.
Right now have been using a company that uses a UV product from Hi Tech Marine to do the boat, each application has lasted a year except on the colored fiberglass exposed to the western sun and even that isn't bad, a little oxidation easily repaired with the maintenance product.

Remember the ad slogan "Clear never Yellows", ok so you'd be an old fart to remember that, but point is, all that crap is floor wax.  Avoid  it.

There will be some nummie nums around that will tel you how great it is, check back with them a little later. It is miserable stuff to get off.  Hint, just use floor was stripper.

You are right.  I used PoliGlow on my previous boat, and the damn stuff only lasted 4 years !!!  Then I had to re-apply it.

I would not put these "floor wax" compounds on a boat that already has a good surface and can hold a shine with just a polish or wax.  It will peel in that instance.

From a Practical Sailor test, November 15, 2004.  A total of 28 waxes were tested.  These results are as noted in the narrative:

Best:  Collinite #885

2nd:  Meguiar's Mirror Glaze

3rd:  3M Ultra Performance

Others rated as 'good':

Turtle Wax 2000

Boat Life Wax

Star Bright Presoftened

Star Bright Polish with Teflon

West Marine Carnauba

NOTE:  All the above are paste waxes.

Two non paste waxes did well:

Poly Glow Liquid and WM Teflon Boat Polish...PS noted that some liquid plastics discolor and deteriorate and are hard to remove.  Several testers liked these polishes because they  went on very easily and had a good  initial shine.  However, PS prefers a good hard wax which can be removed easily in order to apply a new coat.

Just waxed my boat with WM Carnauba paste wax...easy to do, looks good.
