Check out these pictures of a brand-new 55-foot Carver Marquis falling from it’s sling – with two crewmen on board. These pictures are insane. Here’s the link for pics and a story that explains them.

Full disclosure: I run the site that contains the photos. I have been a member of this forum for awhile and I know how people feel about promotion (I generally feel that way too). But I thought these were pretty amazing and that people would want to see them. The photos floated around the Internet a bit and I thought there might be a thread here on them, but I couldn’t find anything. If it exists, point me to it. I’d like to read.

Yeah, that was my feeling too.

It's hard to believe this actually happened - and was caught on camera. Two crewmen rode the boat down four stories, and lived to tell the tale. Amazing!
